Set Goals to Look Good and Feel Good!!

Fitness is a Way of Life! Working out is a great way to feel good and look good ! I work out for results because I have no time to waste in the gym.  I set goals and then I achieve them!  You have to know exactly what you are going for.  So what if you are sure  you want to lose weight and gain some muscle; but you  feel like you have no direction. How do you keep on track?

Let me make a prediction…  96.8% of my subscribers who actually are reading this have wished they had more passion in the gym. And a full 99% of those still reading, do not have their goals written down anywhere. Why is motivation so difficult?  How come the #1 question I receive is from somebody who asks, “I know what to do, but I just need somebody to motivate me to do it all year round.” or “I hate working out”.

Two Great Recipes TalkBoss Style! Roasted Peppers and Super Kale

TalkBoss Roasted Pepper Salad with Feta, Pine Nuts & Basil

Roasted-Pepper-Salad-with-Feta-Pine-Nuts-and-Basil-11

This Roasted pepper recipe is great fun to make and kids love it! Servings: 4

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Total Time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers (any combination of red, yellow or orange), halved, seeded and cored
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 small garlic clove, minced
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh basil, divided
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon seasalt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts (you can add more to your liking)
  • 2 ounces (a scant 1/2 cup) crumbled Feta (or less)
  • 1/3 cup pitted kalamata olives
